Earlier today, catechists from the various parishes in the Archdiocese of Cebu gathered at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral to celebrate the Archdiocesan Jubilee of Catechists with the theme: “Ambassadors of Hope: Witnessing Faith, Inspiring Love, and Transforming Lives in this Changing World.”

Msgr. Roger Fuentes (Vicar General) presided over the Eucharistic celebration, together with Fr. Joseph Yntig (Director, Archdiocese of Cebu Catechetical Ministry).

This jubilee serves as a reminder of the vital role these catechists play in shaping lives through education and spiritual guidance. We pray that they may continue to instill faith, hope, and love in every child and adult they encounter.
