Religious educators, catechists, and pastoral workers from across the country are set to gather for the 14th National Conference on Catechesis and Religious Education (NCCRE) on April 24–25, 2026 at University of San Jose–Recoletos.
Organized by the Department of Theology of De La Salle University, in collaboration with the Religious Educators Association of the Philippines and the Center for Religious Education of USJ–Recoletos, this year’s conference will focus on the theme: “Faith, Formation, and Youth Engagement in the Age of AI and Global Disruption.”
The two-day gathering aims to provide a venue for participants to reflect on effective ways of nurturing faith and fostering critical awareness among today’s youth, especially amid rapid technological change and global uncertainties.
Organizers said the conference seeks to equip those involved in religious instruction and pastoral work with updated approaches and insights in engaging young people in faith formation.
A special registration rate is being offered to catechists and parish pastoral workers. For ₱1,000, participants may attend the second day of the conference on April 25, which includes access to sessions, snacks, lunch, and conference kits.
Interested participants may register through the official online form.
