Here are some general reminders for the upcoming Cebu Metropolitan Catholic Mass Media Congress (CMCMMC) on September 28, 2024.

REGISTRATION

• Strictly no walk-ins. 
• Kindly secure your E-ticket. Save, download, or print it. 
• Please bring a valid ID. 
• Changing shirt sizes is not allowed. 
• Should you wish to change the participant, kindly prepare an authorization letter signed by the registered participant. For the substitute, please bring the letter and a valid ID. 
• We will no longer accept registration payments during the event. 

PROGRAM 

• Registration starts at 6:00 AM. The program will end at around 9:00 PM. Please plan your trips.

TRANSPORTATION

• Free rides for participants from outside Cebu. 
  • For Pier 1: The pick-up point will be near the Plaza Independencia 
  • For Pier 3: The pick-up point will be outside the gate of Pier 3. 
• Kindly look for the banner or the working committee. 
• Present your E-ticket to the person in charge. 
• Departure lime: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, and 8:00 AM. 

BAGGAGE COUNTER

• Participants may leave their bags at the baggage counter starting at 7:00 AM. 
• Please make sure that electronic devices, money, jewelry, important documents, and perishable food items are not inside the bag. 
• The organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the bag. 

OTHERS

• Bring your own tumbler. 
• Concessionaires and exclusive event merchandise will be available at the venue. 
• Kindly bring a jacket/sweater, as the convention center might be colder than expected.
