Guadalupe parish organizes “Pilgrims of Hope Grand Procession”

The Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Cebu will be hosting “The Pilgrims of Hope Grand Procession” this Saturday, July 12, in celebration of its 123rd Celebracion sa Julio, the 23rd Anniversary of being declared an Archdiocesan Shrine, and the 19th Canonical Coronation Anniversary.

After the Holy Mass at 4:00 PM, the solemn procession will commence.

Venerated images of the patron saints from various Jubilee churches in the Archdiocese will join the procession.

Carroza 12: Birhen sa Lourdes (Punta, Cebu City, District 2)
Carroza 13: Santa Teresita sa Batang Jesus (Lahug, Cebu City, District 1)
Carroza 14: Santo Niño sa Sugbo (Cebu City, District 1)
Carroza 15: Patrocinio de Maria Santissima (Boljoon, District 4)
Carroza 16: Nuestra Señora de Regla (Lapu-Lapu City, District 1)
Carroza 17: Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe de Cebu (Guadalupe, Cebu City, District 1)

The route will be from the Guadalupe Shrine – left turn to Guadalupe Barangay Hall – right turn to Andres Abellana St. – right turn to M. Velez St. – right turn back to the Shrine.

Let us walk as one Church filled with faith, gratitude, and hope under the mantle of our Queen and Patroness, Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe de Cebu.
