As one people of faith, the San Carlos Seminary College Batch 2011–2015 (Class of Escobas), together with the Spiritual Pastoral Formation Year (SPFY) Seminarians and OPLAN Paglaum Volunteers, reached out to flood-affected communities in Talisay City through spiritual and emotional support.
On November 8, 2025, a Eucharistic Celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Alden John Baran, with Fr. Eriberto Surbano Jr. as homilist and concelebrants Fr. Noel Meñoso and Fr. Jayme Oscar Aspril, brought comfort and hope to evacuees.
The team shared food, water, stampitas, and relief goods with hundreds of affected individuals at the Talisay Sports Academy Evacuation Center, Mohon Elementary School, and Sto. Niño Parish, Mohon.
This initiative reflects the Church’s call to stand united as one people of faith, bringing hope, compassion, and solidarity to those in need.
