Seven Sisters of Servants of Mary Elderly Home Incorporated

A charitable institution for elderly women owned and operated by the Seven Sisters of the Servants of Mary of Pisa – Philippines, the Home for the Aged is located in Barangay Mohon, Talisay City, Cebu and currently provides residential care for 33 elderly women.

It serves women aged 60 years and above who are single or widowed, abandoned or without family support, physically disabled or ambulatory, and those with medical conditions requiring care, excluding individuals with communicable diseases or mental illnesses requiring specialized psychiatric care.

Hospicio de San Jose

Located in Barangay Guibuangan, Barili, Cebu, Hospicio de San Jose is a free-of-charge residential care institution dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment that promotes the well-being and holistic development of elderly residents in the community.

• Eligibility Requirements
• Must be 60 years old and above
• Must be indigent
• Income or pension is Php 3000 or below
• No properties
• With no child or children
• With children but has neglected the elderly, abandoned or children has no capacity to support the elderly.
• Must be desirous of entering the institution (with written application coming from the elderly)

How you can help

• The home welcomes in-kind donations for personal needs.
• Cash donations are not accepted.
• More than material support, our elderly need your time, presence, and companionship.

Gasa sa Gugma Home for the Dying Destitute

Providing compassionate care to elderly individuals who have been abandoned or are living with illness, disability, or extreme poverty, Gasa sa Gugma Home for the Dying Destitute is a charitable facility in Cabantan Street, Mabolo, Cebu City, operated by the Missionaries of Charity founded by Mother Teresa of Calcutta, where many residents are wheelchair-bound or bedridden and rely entirely on donations and volunteer support.

How you can help

Common essentials needed by the facility include milk, coffee, brown sugar, vitamins, bed sheets, laundry detergent, and cleaning materials.
