As fire came close to taking everything, Baby and her family slept. When they woke up, their home was still standing—the fire had touched only the image of Sñr. Sto. Niño.
“Ang akong imahen sa Sto. Niño nga among gipistahan sukad batan-on pa ko nagluwas kanamo sa sunog unta sa among panimalay, diha ra ka niya ang kalayo ug gipamata kami niya,” she said.
