In line with the global observance of the Earth Hour, Cebu Archbishop Alberto “Abet” S. Uy leads the praying of the Holy Rosary with the members of his household at the Archbishop’s Residence.
In his message, the good Archbishop called on those present to take part in protecting our common home, reminding them that every effort, no matter how small, carries great value in the eyes of God.
“As we switch off the lights, let us switch on our conscience and renew our commitment to care for the environment. Unta makapukaw ug makapasiga kini pagbalik sa atong kagustuhan nga mag-amping sa kinaiyahan,” he said.
