Campus ministers from various private and public schools, colleges, and universities across Cebu gathered today at the Aznar Coliseum of Southwestern University–PHINMA, Urgello St., Cebu City, for Pakighimamat 2026.

Organized by the Archdiocese of Cebu – Campus Ministry (ACM-Cebu) led by Fr. Neil Cortes (ACM Director) and Sr. Thea May Superio, CM (Program Directress), the gathering centered on the theme, “Take Courage! I have overcome the world.” The theme was further reflected upon and explored by Fr. Samuel Mary Leidel, CSJ.

Beyond fellowship, Pakighimamat 2026 served as a space for campus ministers to connect, collaborate, and renew their shared commitment to bringing the Catholic faith into the educational community.

All colleges and universities in Cebu with campus ministries are encouraged to affiliate and collaborate with ACM-Cebu as the ministry continues to strengthen the network of Catholic campus ministers across the Archdiocese.
