This year, the Solemnity of Sts. Peter and Paul is celebrated on a Monday. Since this Solemnity takes precedence over Sundays in Ordinary Time, the Vigil Mass is celebrated on Sunday Evening.
On June 28, 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time (Sunday), and
On June 29, Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, Apostles (Monday)
On the late afternoon until evening of Sunday, the 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time is not said instead the Vigil Mass of the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul is celebrated. The Solemnity is celebrated until the evening of Monday. The faithful who will attend the Vigil Mass fulfills the Sunday obligation.

On June 28, Sunday, morning until early afternoon before 4:00pm, the liturgy is proper of the 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time for both the Liturgy of the Hours and the Mass. Green vestment is used. Readings of Sunday as found in the Ordo.
On June 28, Sunday, late afternoon beginning 4:00pm until evening, the liturgy is proper of the Vigil Mass of the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul. Red vestment is used. Readings of the Vigil Mass as found in the Ordo.
On June 29, Monday, morning until evening, the liturgy is proper of the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul. Red vestment is used. Readings of the solemnity proper are distinct from the Vigil Mass as found in the Ordo.
Both on Sundays in Ordinary Time and on Solemnities of the Saints, other celebrations are not permitted with the exception of the Funeral Mass.
