In commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu, in partnership with the Cebu Provincial Government and the Cebu City Government, will hold the SUPAKK 2.0 (Sugboanong Pakigbisog Kontra Korapsyon) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
The afternoon will begin at 2:00 p.m. with a Holy Mass at the Pilgrim Center of the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu. At 3:15 p.m., a short program will follow at the same venue before participants will march to Plaza Independencia at 3:45 p.m. The Panagtagbo will take place at 4:05 p.m. at the Plaza, culminating in the Yukbo Concert at 4:30 p.m., also at Plaza Independencia.
The Yukbo Concert will feature performances by Ferdinand Aragon, ARZA, Artpression, Kent Charcos, Hometown Kids, Belamour, Mr. Moustache, Nomer, Girl Monday, Rolly Wagas, Rommel Tuico & The Brews, Jewel Villaflores, Iping Amores, The Wonggoys, Yo Emperado, and Missing Filemon.
Participants are encouraged to wear white as a symbol of unity and peace. Those who do not have white clothing may instead wear a white wristband or headband.
