We are called to inspire one another

Jesus said, “Take up your cross, deny yourself, and follow Me.” When Jesus said this, He never meant that we should do it all alone by ourselves.

Just remember that we all began the Season of Lent as a community. We abstain and fast as a community. Jesus calls us to take up our crosses, deny ourselves, and follow Him – together.

The Church is a family through thick and thin. Each of us is called to inspire one another. We are frustrated by the many failures of some, but it also our right to take pride in those who have overcome temptation, sin, and struggle.

We are here to help each other go through the narrow road and pass through the needle’s eye.

Just as our Lord embraced His unique mission, each of us is entrusted with our own. But that does not mean that we have to fulfill the mission on our own.

Our Lord had His side Mary, John, and those who courageously remained faithful with Him until the end. Their presence strengthened, consoled, and inspire Him to fulfill the Father’s will.

How can I let Christ’s victory inspire me and others when I feel discouraged?
